By placing an order with Ezy Tuned, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Shipping & Delivery Policy.

SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

All shipping costs are calculated based on current Australia Post rates and are non-refundable. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order specifications.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA WIDE)

Express Post Service

  • Next business day delivery to most metro areas
  • Additional fees apply - calculated at checkout
  • Subject to Australia Post network and service availability

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International Standard Service

  • Rates calculated based on destination zone and weight
  • Delivery times: 6-20 business days (varies by destination)
  • All international shipments require completed customs declaration
  • Customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees

International Express Service (where available)

  • Expedited delivery to select destinations
  • Premium rates apply - calculated at checkout

Delivery times and costs vary by destination zone as per Australia Post international zones. Estimated delivery times exclude customs processing and are subject to delays beyond our control.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days
  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM (AEST) Monday-Friday are processed the same business day
  • Weekend/Holiday Orders: Processed on the next business day

DELIVERY ISSUES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Collection Notice: Left when delivery cannot be completed
  • Collection Period: 10 business days from first delivery attempt
  • Collection Fees: Customer responsible for any Australia Post collection fees
  • Return to Sender: Items not collected within timeframe returned to Ezy Tuned

Damaged or Lost Parcels

  • Australia Post Claims: All claims processed through Australia Post investigation procedures
  • Liability Limit: Maximum compensation as per Australia Post terms and conditions

Incorrect Delivery Address

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must provide accurate delivery details
  • Address Changes: Must be requested within 2 hours of order placement
  • Redirection Fees: Additional costs apply for address changes after dispatch
  • Undeliverable Items: Customer liable for return shipping and redirection costs

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMERS

Customs & Import Duties

  • Customer Liability: All customs duties, taxes, and import fees are customer's responsibility
  • Customs Delays: Delivery times may be extended due to customs processing
  • Prohibited Items: Certain items cannot be shipped to specific countries
  • Value Declarations: Items declared at full retail value as required by law

International Restrictions

  • Country Limitations: Some destinations may have service restrictions
  • Import Regulations: Customer responsible for compliance with destination country laws

Ezy Tuned is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Liability Exclusions

Ezy Tuned expressly disclaims liability for:

  • Delays caused by Australia Post or international postal services
  • Items damaged due to inadequate packaging by third parties
  • Customs seizure or delays at international borders
  • Delivery to incorrect addresses provided by customers
  • Consequential damages arising from shipping delays

  • Rate Changes: Shipping rates subject to change based on Australia Post pricing updates
  • Service Availability: Shipping options subject to carrier service availability
