By placing an order with Ezy Tuned, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Return Policy.

STRICTLY NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES

Ezy Tuned specialises in rare, discontinued, and collectible items. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we operate under a strict NO REFUNDS and NO EXCHANGES policy.

All sales are FINAL. This includes, but is not limited to, circumstances such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Sizing issues

  • Colour or style preference

  • Dissatisfaction with the product

We strongly encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, images, and sizing information before placing an order.

VINTAGE & COLLECTIBLE ITEMS DISCLAIMER

Important: Vintage and collectible products are sold strictly “as-is” for collection or wear at the purchaser’s own risk. These items may display age-related characteristics, natural wear, or imperfections which are considered normal for their rarity and collectible value.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Ezy Tuned expressly disclaims liability for:

  • Any separation, deterioration, or damage occurring after purchase and delivery

  • Normal wear and tear from use

  • Injuries, issues, or damages arising from product use

  • Consequential, incidental, or special damages of any kind

  • Any defects not reported within 48 hours of delivery

GENERAL TERMS

  • Final Sale – All purchases are final and non-returnable.

  • Policy Updates – This policy may be updated without notice, and the current version applies to all orders.

  • Consumer Rights – Nothing in this policy limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law where those rights cannot be excluded or limited.
